phluv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phluv will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts.
You and phluv irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
