phluv is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age to register and use phluv is 21 years, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phluv does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If phluv becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted, and any funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's procedures for underage gambling incidents. 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

phluv may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, the Platform, or applicable Philippine law.
