The minimum deposit on phluv is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phluv account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours during banking hours, or up to the next business day if made outside banking hours or on weekends and Philippine public holidays.

A deposit may be declined for several reasons: your account KYC verification is incomplete, you've reached your self-set deposit limit, the payment method details were entered incorrectly, or there was a temporary issue with your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawals

Log in to your phluv account, go to the Cashier section, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same account or e-wallet you used for your most recent deposit, as a security measure.

Once your withdrawal request is approved by our team, funds are typically sent within 1–3 business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are usually faster — often same-day or next-day. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank. Note that your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

Technical Issues

If a game disconnects or freezes during an active round, phluv's system automatically records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. When you reconnect and reopen the game, it will resume from where it left off. If the round was already completed before the disconnection, the result will be reflected in your account balance.
